Guidelines for Materials Damaged During Shipping

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. If any damage is found, note it on the delivery paperwork, take clear photos of all damaged items, and submit them using the form below within 24 hours.

If the driver won’t stay while you inspect the shipment, be sure to write “REQUIRES FURTHER INSPECTION” on the receipt before signing.

Damaged shipments are treated as a high priority in our production schedule. To avoid being charged for remakes or shipping, it's important that we receive your photos and report within the 24-hour window.

Guidelines for Materials Broken or Miss-cut During Installation

We know installation issues can happen. To help keep your project moving, reorders due to breakage or miscuts will be prioritized in our production schedule.

Steps to Reorder:

  1. Place a new order at www.tyvarianorders.com for the needed materials.

  2. Fill out the Reorder Form below with the new order number and any other details you want us to know.

Important: Dealers are responsible for all costs, including materials and shipping. Reorders will not be scheduled until both the order and form are received.
